Oil Sight Glasses & Monitors

We design, manufacture and distribute Esco Oil Sight Glasses, which provide continuous fluid monitoring of the clarity, color, sediment and water contamination as well as the oil level on equipment with fluid lubrication systems. The ability to see your oil, monitor and drain the water accumulation, and pin-point where water is mixing with oil will greatly reduce the damage done by moisture contamination. Our Oil Sight Glass product line includes models for vertical and horizontal mounting, high temperature applications, large volume bowls and the all encompassing Oil Sight Glass and Level Monitor models. Esco’s Oil Sight Glasses allow users to instantly drain water from their oil, and allows for early detection of harmful moisture contamination. This allows our customers the ability to take the guesswork out of fluid lubrication management by minimizing down time and damage to critical equipment by installing a standard Oil Sight Glass or our Oil Sight Glass and Level Monitor on critical equipment.

Commonly called a Tattle Tale, Bottom Sediment and Water Bowl, BS&W, Pig Tail or Bulls Eye, they all refer to the qualities and benefits of the Esco Oil Sight Glass products.

Copaltite

The Copaltite high temperature and high pressure sealing and threading compound provides a thread sealing and flange compound that will withstand steam joints at 2,000 PSI and 1,200 degrees Fahrenheit, gasket free flanges up to 6,500 PSI and threaded joints up to 10,000 PSI. This product meets MIL-S-15204D.

Esco Products also carries the Dow Corning Product Line including industry leading silicone sealants, adhesives, lubricants and fluids. We are one of the few distributors that will repackage selected silicone lubricants and fluids (200 Fluid) into containers that meet specific customer size constraints. This allows you the ultimate flexibility when ordering and receiving Dow Corning products.
